That’s right Prophets – the PGA is scheduled to meet in Washington, PA, on October 8, 2011. For future reference, the PGA is the PA Grotto Association, which has nothing to do with golf. We’d like to apologize to the golfers in our group in advance. There will be no pro tour players or Nike advertisements here. The only handicaps that you are going to see are self imposed.
The Monarch and the Chief Justice are planning on attending this event to represent Ubar Grotto. This will also give us a chance to meet to officers and members of other Grottos in PA (if Ubar Grotto decides to join an Association, this is the one it would become a member of.)
Why should you be interested in going? Well, its a chance to put on your fez and have a good time, but we can do that here in Central PA. But, included in this trip is plenty of fellowship time with libations along with being right next the Meadows Casino! If you’re good at gambling you could walk away with a free trip (which we think is George’s plan!)
